‘I am not always clear why I stay and continue to run an ad agency but I know why I run Brand2D. It’s about growing people – not just the work of advertising, agency culture or simply running a profitable business. Going through difficult times & unprecedented run-ins forced me to wake up to our actual potential as we’d settled into a plateau; unaware of our greatness and the true value we could bring if we went for it all the way.

With renewed perspective our agency has shed of it’s early naivety, teenage know it all and grown into maturity. It’s almost as if we are walking into our best years having a full awareness and understanding, backed by experience and a wealth of information. Brand2D is an agency that has taken on serious responsibility with wisdom, purpose and clarity cultivating incredible talent in the process. Enabling us to identify the core of an issue and move to not only solve it but to also effect the best results. Most importantly, this is not just a space where great talent exists, but overtime, we have built a community.
