Cheap feeds, lack of strong distribution networks and increased competitors had formed the barrier between the brand and happy farmers; resulting in a decline in trust for feed brands. Our challenge was to bridge the gap by rebuilding the trust and equipping farmers with the knowledge to succeed. The farmers needed to believe that the brand was genuinely invested in their success.
Our mission was to ensure that we educate the consumers on product quality, distinguish and differentiate the animal feeds while putting the farmer back at the heart of the narrative.
